What is Tradebreath?
Tradebreath is a trading backtesting platform with two modes on the same data: replay the market and trade by hand, or describe a rule in plain language and an AI agent writes the strategy, runs the backtest and explains what it did.
Data you can test against
It covers 800+ symbols across forex, stocks, crypto, commodities, indices, ETFs and bonds, with up to 20 years of history, timeframes from 1 second to 1 month and tick data with L1 bid and ask, so fills happen at prices that actually existed. You can also upload your own OHLCV or tick CSV, parsed in the browser.
From agent to chart
- The agent builds strategies (entries, exits, stops, targets, sizing) and custom indicators.
- Its trades arrive as an order list you can keep working by hand on the chart.
- Export code to Pine for TradingView, MQL5 for MetaTrader 5, or Python.
- 36+ indicators, candlestick patterns and multi-chart replay.
Reports
Each session closes with trade statistics (net profit, profit factor, win rate, drawdown, Sharpe), a performance calendar, a Monte Carlo simulation and an AI read of the numbers.
Pricing
The free plan covers 20 symbols and a year of older data. Pro is $10 a month with daily-updated data, 800+ symbols and 1,000 AI credits; Max is $20 a month with 4,000 credits.
