COACH

COACH, developed by CareerVillage, is an AI-powered career guidance tool designed to democratize access to career and academic counseling. This system allows students, job seekers, and professionals looking to change career paths to receive personalized and adaptive guidance. Its primary function is to act as a virtual tutor that facilitates career exploration and strategic workforce planning through a data-driven analytical approach.

The operation of COACH focuses on helping users identify career paths compatible with their interests. The platform uses AI algorithms to analyze how emerging technologies influence today's job market, allowing users to understand which technical competencies and soft skills they need to develop to stay competitive. Additionally, it offers a direct connection between the academic and professional spheres, answering questions about the relevance of school subjects and their real-world applications from a computer or any connected device.

For those in the educational stages, the tool suggests college education or training alternatives aligned with their personal goals. During the job preparation phase, COACH provides practical resources for resume writing and cover letters, as well as guidelines for job interview preparation and identifying effective professional support networks.

This solution is also a valuable resource for educators and career counselors, who can use the generated information to monitor student readiness and efficiently scale their mentoring efforts to a larger audience.

Key technical capabilities and benefits include:

• Multilingual support: Ability to conduct chats in dozens of languages, promoting inclusion.
• Web accessibility: Complies with the WCAG 2.2 AA standard, ensuring that people with disabilities can use the tool without barriers.
• Data security: Implements robust information protection measures to ensure user privacy.
• Adaptive personalization: The system adjusts its recommendations based on the progress and preferences detected in each profile.
