What is Airo?
Airo is an AI email assistant for people whose business depends on clients: agencies, law firms, accountants, consultants and realtors. It connects to the inbox you already use in Gmail or Outlook and reads client threads in the background so that no approval, deliverable or promised deadline gets lost.
Every ask becomes a tracked request
When a client asks for something, or you commit to a date, Airo logs it as a tracked request with its own clock, tied to the right stakeholder and rolled up under that client. The Clients view shows which accounts have open items, who owes the next reply and which ones have gone quiet, and Airo writes a review-ready follow-up you send from your own address. There is nothing to log by hand and no new tool for the team to learn.

Privacy and security
Airo runs on subscriptions only, so there are no inbox ads and no data sales. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256, the app holds CASA Tier 2 certification with yearly rechecks, and it only uses AI vendors that do not train on your email. Much of your Gmail data stays on your device, and you can delete your account at any time.
Pricing
You get a 7-day free trial with every Pro feature. After that, Pro costs $30 a month, or $25 a month billed yearly, while the Team plan is quoted on request and adds SAML SSO and compliance support. Besides the web app there are iOS and Android apps.

Do I need to log tasks myself?
No. Airo picks up requests and promises from your email and creates the task with its deadline and owner automatically.
Will Airo send emails on my behalf?
No. It writes follow-up drafts, but you review them and send them from your own address.
How long is the free trial?
Seven days with full Pro access, and you can cancel before any charge.
How much cheaper is yearly billing?
Pro is $30 when paid monthly and $25 a month on the annual plan, which works out to 20% less.
Is my email used to train AI models?
No. Airo only works with AI vendors that do not train on customer data, and it neither sells data nor shows ads.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Alongside the web app there are apps for iOS and Android.
